Here's a fun little booklet full of "Desk workouts you can fit into your workday" that will help keep you in shape at work.

It's true what Rita mentions, "Look around (your office or cubicle). You will see that you have everything you need to do a few simple exercises that will not only rejuvinate your body, but stimulate and motivate your mind...you don't even have to purchase special exercise machines or equipment."

This booklet will take you through a number of exercises for your upper and lower back, abs, legs and calves with a bunch of wonderfully refreshing stretches and a deep breathing exercise to energize you!

The whole workout takes, according to Rita, about 10-15 minutes and will "improve your posture, restore flexibility, gain muscle tone...".
