Decadent Chocolate Bark

Creamy Almond Bark
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Here's an easy white chocolate bark to really go "woof" over!
Ingredients:
1 lb. White chocolate
1/2 lb. raw natural almonds
*~*~*~*~*
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F.
Lightly toast almonds 15 minutes
(or less - make sure they don't turn too dark), turning once.
Put the chocolate into a heavy saucepan or use an inverted cake pan
on the element and place the saucepan on top.
Melt chocolate slowly and stir until smooth.
Add toasted almonds and mix well.
Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet and chill. Cut when firm.
