Coconut "Kiss-Me-Quick" Treats
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
You'll have them begging for more of these wonderfully decadent treats!
Ingredients:
1 c. ground almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp almond extract
egg white substitute to equal one egg white
food coloring
shredded coconut
*~*~*~*~*
Instructions:
Mix the almonds, sugar, almond extract, and egg white
and beat to a stiff paste.
Let stand for 24 hours.
Color as desired and make into balls.
Roll in coconut, pressing it in well.
Then roll in coconut again.
Let stand to harden.
