"Out-Of-This-World" Fruit Creams

Out of this world? You betcha!
Ingredients:
1 c. confectioner’s sugar
pinch cream of tartar
Orange juice
few drops of orange food coloring
orange extract
candied orange peel

Instructions:
Sift the sugar into a bowl, then add the cream of tartar
and enough strained orange juice to make a stiff paste; add food coloring.
Sift abit of confectioners sugar on a square of wax paper,
dust your hands with confectioners sugar and knead a few drops
of extract into the cream. Roll out to about a quarter of an inch thick
and cut into small pieces. Decorate with thin strips of candied peel.
