Great for using up some of that leftover chocolate
(leftover chocolate??? Not in MY household!!!) ...
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. semisweet chocolate
1 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. crushed salted peanuts

Instructions:
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot, not boiling, water.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
