Spicy Nuts

A special treat around the holiday season and wonderful to give as gifts!
Ingredients:
¼ c. white sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
egg substitute to equal 1 egg white (beat slightly)
1 cup mixed nuts

Instructions:
Combine egg substitute and nuts to evenly coat them.
Add sugar and spices and mix well to thoroughly coat each nut.
Bake on a buttered cookie sheet at 300 deg. F. for about 30 minutes.
