"Core Rhythms"

A package arrived from Dance Sport Videos and I immediately knew it was my copy of Core Rhythms. I ran over to my DVD player and popped in the DVD. I began watching it but after a very short time I couldn't sit still. Even my husband, who is not a fan of dance videos, wanted to get up and join in the fun.
For anyone who is a beginner latin dancer, Core Rhythms is a wonderful way to learn how to use those hips - excellent practice even for seasoned dancers. If you're not a dancer but would like an excellent aerobic workout with a focus on trimming your waistline, and with a latin beat that'll make "your blood boil" then Core Rhythms is the one for you!
The rountines on this DVD are very easy to follow and feature closeups as well as a back view option. I have collected quite a few workout videos over the years and this is by far, one of, if not THE best one yet and I'm proud to add it to my collection.
