Our standard personalized cartoons, and the Pet Computer Virus will be shipped within three business days (often the next business day!) if you've sent a money order or a certified cheque, or you're paying by credit card using PayPal. If you've sent us a personalized cheque, your order will be shipped as soon as your cheque clears (approximately 10 days). We'll let you know by e-mail as soon as we receive your order and payment! We will email you if we have any questions about your order; and then another email to you when we ship!

If you have requested many changes to a cartoon; or a Custom Cartoon of course that will take a little longer to design but we'll let you know. (These specialty cartoons are usually ready to be shipped within one week; sometimes even sooner!)

Yes you can, but it will cost you more shipping - you can e-mail us with your request and we'll let you know the additional charge. Please note that ground shipping usually takes 3-10 business days (sometimes abit longer during holiday seasons)

You can email us for our mailing address. Please include a detailed description of what you'd like on the cartoon along with any text and personalization and don't forget your mailing address as well as payment by international money order or cheque (takes 7-10 days to clear), Also I need to know the size of cartoon (8 x 10 or 11 x 14) and the color of matte you'd like to have.

The cartoon should take about a week to complete, from design to scanning and colorizing and then printing. Then allow for shipping, normally 7-10 days by regular post, or I can find out how much the additional shipping would be if you'd like to receive it faster, say, by Express Post (depending upon where you are located it takes 2-5 days)

Absolutely anything you want to say providing there's enough space where you want it to appear. You can add a phrase or name basically anywhere. Just type in your comments, location of wording and the name or phrase you want to include with your order. (there's a box to type in all these details on each cartoon page - you can type in 200 characters - if you run out of room, don't worry, you can email us to explain all your details) One thought however, please keep it clean or we'll have the cartoon police on our tail! (you can even add one of our Whimsical Expressions!)

Please note that the text shown on each sample cartoon is just a suggestion. Text placement, font style and size may change according to the amount of text you want printed on the cartoon but if you wish, you can specify exactly where you'd like the text to appear. Just let us know when you order!

Of course! We can change ANY cartoon to say anything you'd like to say in your own language or language of the person you're sending the cartoon to! For example we have one in French. Say it also in Italian, Spanish, German and others too! (We just ask you to make sure the spelling is correct) We can even send a little gift card along with your personalized gift and we will happily ship it to the address you wish. Just let us know by email or when you order.

We sure can! And its FREE! If you wish, we can change hair color and skin tone; add glasses, facial hair, a distinguishing birthmark such as a beauty mark on the face; we can even make your cartoon character fully or partially bald - just add your request(s) in the Personalization box on each cartoon page! (With the Friendly Folks line of cartoons, unfortunately we can only change skin tone, though.) (see our How to Personalize page for suggestions). If you have additions to make, such as adding another character or object, or replacing an item already on the cartoon with another item, for example - replacing a table with a chair, this would be considered a custom cartoon and charged custom prices - please see below!

I can create a Custom Cartoon on just about anything you'd like. This would be my regular cartoon-type characters but with your idea of hair style, length, color, skin tone, and any other details you'd like to have on the cartoon including any personalization text, titles, date, etc.

The cartoon is printed in full, vivid color on quality, high-gloss photo paper for a brilliant finish. It also comes with a free matte surrounding the cartoon, in a color of your choice. You can read about them on my page: Custom Cartoons

The pictures are printed in full vivid color on high-quality glossy photo paper for a rich finish.

A mat is the color cardboard border that is attached to the front of your cartoon to enhance the colors. The cartoon sizes of 8" x 10" and 11" x 14" are the measurements taken from the outside of the print with the mat in place. The colors we offer can be found on our mat page.

If you notice an error you made before you receive your order, e-mail us right away and if your item is not yet shipped we'll make the correction and then ship your order. If the item has already been sent we'll e-mail you to let you know. When you receive your order just send back the product you wish to have changed, along with a note detailing the corrected information, and we'll send a replacement to you free of charge. If you notice an error you made after you've received the item, send the item back within 30 days, along with a detailed note, and we'll ship out a replacement item to you free of charge. Contact us by e-mail as soon as possible so your order won't be delayed, and we will be more than happy to make the correction.

If we've made an error in spelling a name or in sending you a product just e-mail us the explanation. We'll verify your original order form and we'll ship out a replacement (free of charge, of course!) - no need to send it back to us.

The prints are protected in heavy-duty bubble mailers. We add "DO NOT BEND" on the package. We ship the Pet Virus in a sturdy cardboard box protected with packing material inside so everything arrives at your door in good shape. Other items such as keychains and magnets are sent to you in bubble mailers.
