Creamy Delicious Fudge

"I’ve got only 2 minutes" Fudge!
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
(ok – takes 2 minutes to make, but you have to be patient for another 1/2 hour before it chills in your freezer! But if you’re really in a rush, the 2 minutes gets you out the door with your fudge creation, ready to pop it into your friend’s freezer or fridge!)
Ingredients:
1 box (1 lb.) confectioner’s sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. milk
1 T vanilla
1/2 c. butter (1 stick) or margarine

Instructions:
Add all ingredients, except butter, to a 1-1/2 quart glass bowl, stirring well.
Mixture will be very stiff.
Add margarine or butter, in pieces, on top of mixture and microwave 2 minutes on high.
Mix butter into mixture and stir vigorously until smooth.
You can add ½ cup of nuts at this point if you wish.
Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 pan and chill 1 hour in refrigerator;
or 20-30 minutes in freezer. Cut into squares.
