Easy-To-Make Marzipan

Marzipan Goodies

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Here are some delicious ways to use your batch of marzipan...but be sure to
check out our ecookbook for "Marzipan Buffet" that shows you how to create
those wonderful fruits and other miniatures made out of marzipan!


Ingredients:

Any assortment of dried or glace cherries
Fondant

*~*~*~*~*

Instructions:

Stuffed fruits – stuff glace cherries, dates, prunes,
figs and raisins with bits of marzipan, adding a
decorative finish if desired. (see our chocolate eCookbook for Royal Icing)

Marzipan bars – Roll out a piece of colored marzipan and cover
with a layer of fondant (see our fondant recipes).
Top with a layer of marzipan and cut into bars.
Melted chocolate may be added when the bars are dried.

Two-Tone Balls – Roll two colored pieces of marzipan lightly
between the palms of your hands and the colors will blend,
making an attractive two-tone candy.
