If you notice an error you made before you receive your order, e-mail us right away and if your item is not yet shipped we'll make the correction and then ship your order. If the item has already been sent we'll e-mail you to let you know. When you receive your order just send back the product you wish to have changed, along with a note detailing the corrected information, and we'll send a replacement to you free of charge. If you notice an error you made after you've received the item, send the item back within 30 days, along with a detailed note, and we'll ship out a replacement item to you free of charge.
